Santhosh Kumar is a licensed architect who has extensive experience in designing and supervising a wide range of buildings in India and abroad. He has worked with Jayachandran Muralee and Associates from 1991-1997,and was responsible for overseeing design and supervision of projects such as :-

1. TECHNOPARK Thiruvananthapuram – Govt. project of Rs. 200 crores which was basically first of its kind in India.
2. APPAREL PARK , Thiruvananthapuram.
3. KISHKINTA – Mass entertainment centre – Madras, India Rs. 50 crores which is the biggest
4. entertainment park in Asia.
5. AMP Tools Ltd. Singapore – A factory project of $10 million.
6. Thiruvananthapuram International Airport – expansion work of Air – Cargo Complex.
7. 35 flat projects of Rs. 5 crores each for SOUTHERN INVESTMENTS in South India.
8. 5 flat projects of Rs. 3 crores each for LINK INDIA HOMES Pvt. Ltd. in India.
9. Training College for TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES at Kerala.
10. Flat projects for SKYLINE BUILDERS of Rs. 5 crores at Thiruvananthapuram.
11. 3 Flat projects for SIPD of Rs 3 crores each in Thiruvananthapuram and Ernakulam.
12. 3 Flat projects for PRIME PROPERTY DEVELOPERS in Thiruvananthapuram.

2. Development of Architectural design of Al – Khubairat Community School Development project, Abudhabi.
